- Processing Time: Once you place your order, our team will process it within 3-5 business days.
During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated on the status of your order. - Shipping Methods: All our orders our shipped through UPS and FedEx.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom logo mats. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how our returns process works:
- Eligibility for Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect your mats as soon as you receive them and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to damage or defects, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other return requests, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned mat, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.
